‘Talking Trees’/ Free Event

Tree Talk with Eoin Donnelly at Irish National Heritage Park, Ferrycarrig, Wexford.

Walk and Talk with Eoin Donnelly an experienced forester, conservationist and traditional woodland craftsman.  Eoin Donnelly is currently project manager over the refurbishment of the traditional structures at the Irish National Heritage Park. Walk and Talk with him around the Park, looking at the Flora and fauna of the park and the utilization of local material used in the construction of the unique structures.

• Walk lasts approximately an 1 ½ hours
• Please wear appropriate clothing / foot wear.

Viking shield making and your birthday party in our Fulacht Fiadh Restaurant with choice of Nuggets and chips, sausages and chips or Fish fingers and chips which will include orange juice or apple juice. In Keeping with Viking tradition, make and decorate your own personal Shield using “history inspired design”. Once produced and painted each child can return home with their shield as a reminder of their experience.This is a great fun event for both boys and girls. Price: €14.50 per child.
